Work out Schedule


As you can see I didn't work out the first 3 days. But the key is too never give up, no matter how great the gap is that you didn't work out was.... keep going. I did a tiny bit of abs today, but will most likely do more later on.

This is the video I will be attempting (key word). I need to buy a stop watch have have Rob time me.
